Cancellation Policy

Lesson Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following rescheduling and cancellation policy applies to all bowling lessons: Rescheduling Clients may reschedule a lesson up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time. Rescheduled lessons are subject to coach availability. Requests made less than 72 hours in advance will be treated as a late cancellation. Cancellations & Refunds Clients may cancel a lesson at least 120 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 120 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund. Missed lessons or no-shows will be charged in full. Exceptions Emergency situations may be considered at the coach’s discretion but are not guaranteed. By booking a lesson, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy.
